10% reduction to pg/cpu cost for cloak
5% reduction of cpu/pg of all speed/stamina modules.
5% reduction of cpu/pg for all scanning/dampening modules (profile damps, precision enhancers, range enhancers)
all per level. so 50%, 25% and 25% when at level 5.
Scouts are very hard on PG/CPU This would help them successful fulfill their niche. Speed and stealth.
I'd like to hear other ideas though. Comment them below

Comment them below I'm sorry but You clearly are unaware A complex range amplifier costs 25 CPU....scanning/dampening modules are dirt cheap in fitting that's why scouts support them so well anyways. Also none of them cost any PG. These bonuses are not preferred by me. Universal scout bonus should always include the profile reduction.
i was unaware. Thanks for telling me, it would still cut there cpu cost by about 6. Enough to make or break a suit. Still helpful.

Because I think it's planned to give the Logi a CPU / PG bonus of 10% on Equipment. Cloaks are Equipment. Meaning this would give the Logis the same bonus on Cloaks like Scouts get.
thats 50% at level 5 though.
